Elite Dealer Service Program Promotes Tiara Yachts’ Commitment to Excellence

HOLLAND, Mich. (January 19, 2024)  – Tiara Yachts unveiled the nine dealerships that have qualified for the Elite Dealer Service Program for proven excellence in customer service during the second half of 2023. Unveiled in January 2023, the program rewards service departments within our dealer network for sharing in our commitment to an elevated customer experience.

Hampton Watercraft & Marine headlined the list of honorees, having qualified and maintained its Elite Dealer status during all three reporting periods dating back to the program’s inception.  

Coastal Carolina Yacht SalesErickson MarineHucks Marine & ResortNorth Point Yacht Sales and Silver Seas Yachts all earned Elite Dealer status for the second-consecutive reporting period, while Legendary MarineMarine Sales & Service and Skipper Bud’s are first-time qualifiers. 

To qualify as an Elite Dealer, a dealership must maintain a minimum 30-percent return rate on the Follow-Up Customer Survey – sent 10 months following the purchase of a new Tiara Yacht – and average a customer service satisfaction score of 95-percent or higher.   

Customers rate dealers on a number of different metrics, including understanding of the problem, length of time it takes to complete the work, ability to answer service and parts questions, attitude of personnel, availability of parts, quality of work, condition of the boat after service and overall satisfaction.

“The customer experience doesn’t end once a purchase has been made and a boat has been delivered. In fact, it’s just beginning,” said Jerry Van Dyke, Director of Customer Relations. “We want our customers to have confidence not only in our products, but in the service our dealerships provide post-purchase and that means doing everything we can to ensure Tiara owners receive the best service possible.

“Brian Kane, Dealer Development Specialist, oversees the Elite Dealer Service Program, which incentivizes our dealers to maintain the level of excellence we expect out of members of our dealership network. It also provides a way to instill customer confidence when they know we monitor and value the feedback they provide on their service experience.”

Dealerships who earn Elite Dealer status receive a number of incentives, as well as a physical award to display at their service centers.
