Holland, Mich., (February 15, 2024) – Tiara Yachts, a family-owned manufacturer of American-made luxury watercrafts, announced today it has earned the 2023 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award from the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA). This marks Tiara’s 16^th consecutive year receiving the award, which recognizes manufacturers for providing outstanding customer satisfaction.

Winners were announced at the Discover Boating^® Miami International Boat Show^® during the Innovation Breakfast hosted by the NMMA. Tiara Yachts was recognized in two categories: Inboard Express Cruiser and Fiberglass Outboard Boats. For the second consecutive year, Tiara Yachts was the only manufacturer to be recognized in the Inboard Express Cruiser category.

The Marine Industry CSI Awards Program honors participating boat and engine manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer. Award winners are those who have achieved the highest level of customer contentment, as voted on by customers. Manufacturers must reach an independently measured standard of excellence in customer satisfaction of 90 percent or higher based on data collected from surveying those who have purchased a new boat or engine in past calendar year to be eligible for the award.
