Holland, Mich., (March 15, 2023) – Tiara Yachts, a family-owned manufacturer of American-made luxury watercrafts, announced today it has earned the 2022 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award from the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA). This marks Tiara’s 15^th consecutive year receiving the award, which recognizes the brand for its outstanding customer satisfaction.

Winners were announced at the Discover Boating^® Miami International Boat Show^® during the Industry Breakfast hosted by the NMMA. Tiara Yachts was recognized in two categories. In addition to its recognition among its peers in the Fiberglass Outboard Boats category, Tiara Yachts was the only manufacturer to be recognized in the Inboard Express Cruiser Boats category.

The Marine Industry CSI Awards honor boat and engine manufacturers who have achieved the highest level of customer contentment, as voted on by customers. Manufacturers must reach an independently measured standard of excellence in customer satisfaction of 90 percent or higher based on data collected from surveying those who have purchased a new boat or engine in past calendar year to be eligible for the award.
