Tiara Yachts Earns 18th Consecutive Award for Customer Service Excellence

Holland, Mich., Feb. 12, 2026 – Tiara Yachts, a family-owned manufacturer of American-made luxury watercrafts, has earned the 2025 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) award from the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA). Tiara Yachts was recognized as a leading brand in the Fiberglass Outboard Boats category. This marks the 18th consecutive year Tiara has earned the award, which recognizes outstanding customer satisfaction in the manufacturing industry.  

Winners were announced today at the NMMA Innovation Breakfast in Miami, Fla., during the Miami International Boat Show (MIBS). Several Tiara models are on display at MIBS, which runs through February 15; buyers and media are invited to visit the fleet located within the Miami Beach Yacht Collection at Collins Avenue.

The Marine Industry CSI Awards Program honors participating boat and engine manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer. Award winners have achieved the highest level of customer contentment, as voted on by customers. Manufacturers must reach an independently measured standard of excellence in customer satisfaction of 90 percent or higher based on data collected from surveying those who have purchased a new boat or engine in the past calendar year to be eligible for the award.
