Discover Destinations with Tiara Yachts

When you arrive at a destination by boat, the feeling is unlike anything else. Every other mode of travel has a way of keeping you still. Like you are holding your breath while being restricted to a seat, simply waiting to be delivered somewhere.

Arriving at a location by boat is different. After hours of being genuinely a part of the journey, easing into a calm channel feels like the deepest exhale you've ever taken.

The reward of traveling on the water is that each day out brings with it a brand new experience. One day on Lake Michigan can mean a cruise around on calm waters. Another day can mean the appearance of six-foot waves that you need to go up against to see the lighthouse of your destination. It is not the predictable smooth sky of traveling by airplane, or the flat road of traveling by car; it is new water each day waiting to decide what mood it’s in.

What Discover Destinations Really Is

When some people think about a yacht, the focus is on the features. Most attention is placed on the length of the boat, the technology on board, the performance capabilities, and all the other features you would expect a yacht to have.

A Tiara Yacht is more than just fifty-two years of craftsmanship, dedication, and attention to detail displayed on the world’s finest yachts. It is a passport to the most spectacular places you’ve ever seen.

Discover Destinations was created by Tiara Yachts as much more than a video of specifications or features of each yacht in the Tiara Yacht lineup. It is a series born out of the passion of documenting what it really feels like to be in the places that your yacht can take you.

An Open Canvas To Make Yours

Each Discover Destination is meant to put you in the featured place. There is no lifestyle template to copy, or a “perfect” way to explore; there is only the way that matters to you. Let each destination soak in, let your imagination take you there, and when you are ready, start making your plans.

For some boaters, the way they imagine a perfect day is nosing into a cluster of boats, visiting, and bonding over the love of the water. Other boaters want the feeling of seclusion, of being the only people on earth in that moment, with no other sign of life in sight. And still others feel like their boat is where their family comes together to make memories of water sports, snorkeling, fishing, only closing down the water to snuggle into a cozy movie night.

Once you lock in the feeling you want to feel, you begin to understand what kind of boat belongs in your plans. The features you need become easier to see when you know how you want to spend your time.

That is where Tiara Yacht’s lineup comes into focus. Each model is designed with a different expression of boating in mind, but the purpose is always the same: to connect people more deeply to the water, the destination, and ultimately each other.

Match the Boat to the Journey

The beauty of a Tiara Yacht is that the way you use your boat does not have to look the same each day. In fact, most features on a Tiara Yacht are convertible, leading to an ever-evolving above-deck layout of how you use your boat.

What that means is that just because you choose an off-anchor day of seclusion one day, your boat can be easily configured to accommodate entertaining guests the next day. Your boating adventures may be multifaceted, so choosing a configuration that can match the mood means that your boat can continue to be perfect for you and your passengers for years to come.

There are always foundational elements that we encourage each boater to consider as they decide on the series and model that is right for them.

Day Boating

For day boating, the 34 LX and the new 35 LS are built with ease in mind. They are for the days when you want to get on the water, enjoy the full experience of the destination, and then pull into the slip and return home at the end of the day.

The 34 LX brings flexibility to the cockpit. Its transformational aft seating is a hallmark of Tiara’s outboard-powered yachts. It gives both you and your guests the ability to lounge comfortably. The space can easily transform with the day, to match cruising, swimming, or dropping anchor to enjoy lunch.

The new 35 LS brings the feel of the luxury Tiara Yacht into a smaller footprint. It has the comfort and thoughtful details boaters expect from larger Tiara Yacht models. The bow seating creates another comfortable place to gather. The aft cockpit remains the center of the action and can be enjoyed for both relaxation and entertaining.

Below deck, both models stay true to day boating. The standard layout is a seating area to come in from the elements. The design makes the space feel natural to use during the day, without having to lie on a bed when you want to come inside. If you want to make a day trip an overnight haul, there is a foam berth for rest onboard.

Because the boating style is uniquely yours, we know that not every trip out needs to be an overnight trip. Sometimes the best day is when, on the ride home, everyone is tired in the best way. For those days, the 34 LX and 35 LS are great choices.

Overnight Stays

Some destinations leave you craving more than just a glimpse for the day; those are the places that need a boat built for comfortable overnight stays.

The 39 LS and the 39 LE are the step-up into overnighting. Both feature a true bed that offers more comfort than the foam berth of a day boat, and a dry head, which means they have a separate shower and no wet stall, so that the bathroom feels much more like home.

From there, the 43 LE, 46 LS, and 48 LE move into a longer-stay experience. These yachts are built for boaters who want more space, more privacy, and more time aboard.

The 43 LE brings a private forward stateroom, a private head, and an open second berth. It is a strong fit for a small family or two couples who want to enjoy a destination without feeling like they are squeezing a weekend into a day boat. It also holds a special place in the Discover Destinations story, since it was the model Tiara’s team spent the most time aboard during the first Northern Michigan trip (see the Beaver Island, Michigan destination showcase).

The 46 LS follows that same idea with a private forward stateroom and an aft berth. It gives you the flexibility of space, while still feeling intimate and connected to your surroundings.

The 48 LE continues that longer-stay progression with more onboard comfort and overnight capability. It is the kind of yacht that makes it easier to let the destination unfold over several days instead of planning every moment around the ride home.

Together, the 43 LE, 46 LS, and 48 LE have changed the Discover Destinations experience. You are not only visiting a place. You are staying long enough to get to know it. The boat becomes the place you return to at the end of the day, with everything you need waiting on board.

These boats are not trying to take the place of a liveaboard yacht, but rather they are made for the owner who wants to soak in the destination just a little longer. These options all have the luxuries of a yacht, ready to take on further routes that need more than one day to enjoy.

Extended Comfort

There are times in each boater's adventures where time on the water becomes profoundly important, and the ability to live on board a boat with no rush to be anywhere at any certain time becomes the currency of the water.

The 56 LS is the largest outboard-powered vessel in the Tiara Yacht line-up, and it has maximized the ability to share a longer voyage with others. It is equipped with two staterooms and two heads, which are perfectly private accommodations for four. Great for a long trip, where access to both the water and the company reigns supreme.

The EX Series is in a class of its own. With the EX 54 and EX 60, extended cruising becomes less about making room for the journey and more about living fully inside it. Large interior salons, refined staterooms, flexible cockpit zones, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow create a yacht that can serve as a true home base on the water.

These are the models for enjoying experiences both on and off the water that cannot be rushed. The harbor you want to wake up in. The town you want to explore for more than one afternoon. The route that stretches across days, weeks, or an entire season. Aboard the 56 LS or EX Series, your destination becomes more than a place to visit; it becomes a place to live.

Confidence At The Helm

Tiara Yachts believes that technology on a yacht should be approachable. It should add the ability to not only benefit from the technology on board, but also feel confident taking it to new places. Each layer of technology should make the captain feel more confident, without making the experience feel complicated.

Depth data is one of the first pieces of confidence. When a voyage involves navigating into new waters, or pulling into a harbor, knowing how much water is beneath you matters. It gives the captain better information in the moments when the waters are still unfamiliar.

The onboard Garmin radar adds more approachable technology for the awareness of both the captain and the passengers. It is helpful when visibility changes, weather moves in, or the day asks for more attention at the helm. Optional Seakeeper stabilizers can also bring added comfort when conditions get rough, and the boat needs a steadier feel beneath everyone on board, perfect for Lake Michigan’s unpredictable waters.

Visibility is just as important as electronics. The fold-down helm steps add height so shorter captains can see over the bow and feel connected to the water around them. On models with upper salons, cabinetry is kept below the glass line, which helps preserve a full 360-degree view.

Standard Zipwake trim tabs help control bow rise as the boat comes on plane. This helps the transition feel smoother, and the overall steering feel more at ease for both the captain and the passengers.

Passport To Any Destination

Discover Destinations is meant to inspire all boaters to make any destination feel approachable, almost inevitable. Tiara Yachts crafts boats that feel like they were made exactly for the way you enjoy the water, because they are. Yachts made by boat people for boat people, and Tiara Yachts know that even though the boat can make the trip possible, in the end it is more of a passport than a product. It is the passport to places that will soon feel like home, friends that will soon feel like family, and the ability to make every adventure, no matter how close or far away, feel like it was always meant to be.
